CDs I have four CDs
available for purchase. They are composed and recorded by me, no
fancy music or other frills, only the best therapy.
Each contains an Introduction on how to use the recording and a Brief
Hypnotic therapy track of approximately 12 minutes.
The nice thing about having a CD around is that you can
listen to some supportive words whenever you want. Unlike many
commercial CDs, these aren't real long--10 to 12 minutes--so they are
easier to listen to for busy people. We learn by
repetition, and listening to the same words again and again gets them
into our deeper mind. They become our refocused reality.
You can listen to these recordings whenever you have a few minutes
and a location where you won't be interrupted. If you should be
interrupted, there is no harm done, but it will disrupt the process and
you will need to start over.
Since listeners are advised to relax and close their eyes, these
CDs should never be played in a moving car, even if you are
not driving, for obvious safety
reasons. Anyone who hears it may be affected.

1. "REACH AND KEEP YOUR HEALTHY WEIGHT"
CD $15, plus $1 postage.
2. "RETURN TO NONSMOKING" CD $15,
plus $1 postage. The best therapy out there for going smokefree
and staying there with no (or minimal) discomfort. Ask about the guarantee that
goes with it.
3. "LETTING GO OF STRESS AND WORRY"
CD contains an Introduction track and three therapeutic tracks which
build successively. "Week One" play once a day for seven days,
"Week Two" for seven days, and then "Week Three." $15, plus
$1 for postage.
4. "DEEP AND PEACEFUL SLEEP" CD
contains an Introduction track, a "Long Track" (11 minutes) hypnotic
sleep therapy induction you can play any time of day, and a "Bedtime"
track (7 minutes) for playing as you fall asleep in bed. $15, plus $1 for
postage.
